| Returns Policy | You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. This allows you to BUY & TRY your goods as we understand sizing and comfort varies between brands. If you are returning any clothing that has been worn on an activity, please wash them before returning them to us. If you wish to return an item, please drop us an email with your order number (starts PS). Once we have received your return, we will check it against our records and if we are satisfied that the return criteria is met, we will process your refund. Refunds are made by the payment method you used to place your order and can take up to 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
